Eemon worked on my team as a Product designer on Copilot app on Windows. He shipped production-grade work across Copilot's most visible Windows surfaces. He built real coding capability in the past year, operating as an AI-native designer & directly merging production PRs into our in-market Copilot products, raising the bar of craft for our users. What sets Eemon apart is his ability to be the glue of the team. He is genuinely the connective tissue of our team - PM, engineering, and design all trust him and want to work with him. Eemon's presence is a real reason the team operates as well as it does!

Eemon is one of the most talented, creative and fun people i've worked with. His energy simply lights up any room he joins, and makes working on all projects very enjoyable. He is an amazing storyteller and cares deeply about the user and the product he's working on.

He is an excellent designer, learned a lot of new ways of working, and perfectly adapted to the new world. He worked tirelessly to meet his timelines, and I never saw him frustrated even when things didn't turn out well. All teams need a person who brings happiness into the routine while cheerfully picking up things even when they don't fall in their bucket by rule. He is a proactive, smart and hardworking person.
